Hong Kong reports 15,383 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,665 are locally infected, 706 are imported and 12,012 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 39 more deaths.
