In light of positive test results for the COVID-19 virus from sewage samples collected in Kwun Tong and Kowloon City Districts, the Home Affairs Department (HAD) said today (December 9) that the Kwun Tong District Office (KTDO) and the Kowloon City District Office (KCDO) have distributed a total of about 16 000 COVID-19 rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in the Districts.

The KTDO distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Hiu Kwong Court and Hiu Ming Court for voluntary testing through the property management company.

In addition, the KCDO distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Wang Fung Building, Po Teck Mansion, Sunrise Villa, Ngan Hon Mansion and Lung Teck Mansion for voluntary testing through the property management companies and the owners' corporations.

The HAD made the above arrangements in the hope of identifying infected persons early.

In addition, the C&WDO distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in residential premises around Queen's Road West and Belcher's Street for voluntary testing through the property management companies and the owners' corporations.

The STDO also distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Baycrest, Kam Fai Court, Marbella and The Waterside for voluntary testing through the owners' corporation, the owners' committees and the property management companies.

In light of positive test results for the COVID-19 virus from sewage samples collected in Wong Tai Sin, Tai Po and Sai Kung Districts, the Home Affairs Department (HAD) said today (November 24) that the Wong Tai Sin District Office (WTSDO), the Tai Po District Office (TPDO) and the Sai Kung District Office (SKDO) have distributed a total of about 48 000 COVID-19 rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in the Districts.

The WTSDO distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Aria and Choi Fung Court for voluntary testing through the property management companies.

The TPDO also distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Classical Gardens for voluntary testing through the property management company.

In addition, the SKDO distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Tong Ming Court for voluntary testing through the property management company.

The HAD made the above arrangements in the hope of identifying infected persons early.

The STDO distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Altissimo, and residential premises around Chik Fu Street and Tai Wai Road for voluntary testing through the property management companies and the owners' corporations.

The TPDO also distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Grand Palisades, Lai Chi Shan Village, Shan Tong New Village, Cheung Uk Tei, The Paragon, The Balmoral, San Uk Ka, Sha Po Tsai Village, The Regent, The Paramount and JC Castle for voluntary testing through the property management companies and the Village Representatives.

The KTDO commenced distributing rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in Shun Chi Court for voluntary testing through the property management company.

The TMDO also distributed rapid test kits to households, cleansing workers and property management staff living and working in NAPA, the Carmel, Grandview Terrace, Siu Sau Sheung Tsuen, Peak Castle, Nim Wan Tsuen (Ka Choi Lane), Kar Wo Lei and Ka Fuk Lane for voluntary testing through the property management companies, the Village Representatives and a resident representative.
