Hong Kong reports 12,240 new COVID-19 cases, of which 4,246 are locally infected, 4 are imported and 7,990 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 205 more deaths.
