Hong Kong reports 6,646 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,852 are locally infected, 7 are imported and 3,787 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 119 more deaths.
