Hong Kong reports 5,823 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,740 are locally infected, 3 are imported and 3,080 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 120 more deaths.
