Hong Kong reports 3,709 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,822 are locally infected, 10 are imported and 1,877 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 111 more deaths.
