Hong Kong reports 3,138 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,577 are locally infected, 12 are imported and 1,549 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 90 more deaths.
