Hong Kong reports 3,254 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,642 are locally infected, 16 are imported and 1,596 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 87 more deaths.
