Hong Kong reports 1,921 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,903 are locally infected, 18 are imported and 1,033 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 65 more deaths.
