Hong Kong reports 2,945 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,035 are locally infected, 119 are imported and 1,791 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 3 more deaths.
