Hong Kong reports 2,992 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,194 are locally infected, 195 are imported and 1,603 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 2 more deaths.
