Hong Kong reports 2,863 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,066 are locally infected, 199 are imported and 1,598 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 7 more deaths.
