Hong Kong reports 3,674 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,365 are locally infected, 251 are imported and 2,058 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 5 more deaths.
