Hong Kong reports 3,574 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,393 are locally infected, 156 are imported and 2,025 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 10 more deaths.
