Hong Kong reports 3,762 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,408 are locally infected, 214 are imported and 2,140 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 1 more death.
