Hong Kong reports 3,436 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,185 are locally infected, 217 are imported and 2,034 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 3 more deaths.
