Hong Kong reports 4,375 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,496 are locally infected, 287 are imported and 2,592 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 3 more deaths.
