Hong Kong reports 4,270 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,522 are locally infected, 159 are imported and 2,589 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 6 more deaths.
