Hong Kong reports 4,250 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,564 are locally infected, 168 are imported and 2,518 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 8 more deaths.
