Hong Kong reports 4,508 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,763 are locally infected, 203 are imported and 2,542 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 10 more deaths.
