Hong Kong reports 4,884 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,751 are locally infected, 161 are imported and 2,972 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 5 more deaths.
