Hong Kong reports 4,683 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,557 are locally infected, 169 are imported and 2,957 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 4 more deaths.
