Hong Kong reports 4,634 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,590 are locally infected, 160 are imported and 2,884 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 1 more death.
