Hong Kong reports 4,547 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,711 are locally infected, 205 are imported and 2,631 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 4 more deaths.
