Hong Kong reports 4,602 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,468 are locally infected, 247 are imported and 2,887 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 4 more deaths.
