Hong Kong reports 4,274 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,410 are locally infected, 214 are imported and 2,650 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 5 more deaths.
