Hong Kong reports 4,040 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,428 are locally infected, 206 are imported and 2,406 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 7 more deaths.
