Hong Kong reports 4,045 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,439 are locally infected, 230 are imported and 2,376 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 3 more deaths.
