Hong Kong reports 4,979 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,534 are locally infected, 195 are imported and 3,250 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 3 more deaths.
