Hong Kong reports 5,162 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,734 are locally infected, 246 are imported and 3,182 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 11 more deaths.
