Hong Kong reports 6,445 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,167 are locally infected, 155 are imported and 4,123 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 8 more deaths.
