Hong Kong reports 6,513 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,239 are locally infected, 196 are imported and 4,078 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 3 more deaths.
