Hong Kong reports 9,708 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,930 are locally infected, 186 are imported and 6,592 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 10 more deaths.
