Hong Kong reports 9,495 new COVID-19 cases, of which 3,054 are locally infected, 193 are imported and 6,248 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 9 more deaths.
