Hong Kong reports 10,586 new COVID-19 cases, of which 3,091 are locally infected, 215 are imported and 7,280 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 11 more deaths.
