Hong Kong reports 10,426 new COVID-19 cases, of which 3,051 are locally infected, 181 are imported and 7,194 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 7 more deaths.
