Hong Kong reports 10,021 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,682 are locally infected, 134 are imported and 7,205 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 8 more deaths.
