Hong Kong reports 9,373 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,418 are locally infected, 169 are imported and 6,786 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 9 more deaths.
