Hong Kong reports 10,194 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,918 are locally infected, 144 are imported and 7,132 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 16 more deaths.
