Hong Kong reports 11,091 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,825 are locally infected, 167 are imported and 8,099 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 12 more deaths.
