Hong Kong reports 10,076 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,629 are locally infected, 136 are imported and 7,311 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 11 more deaths.
