Hong Kong reports 7,938 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,876 are locally infected, 145 are imported and 5,917 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 11 more deaths.
