Hong Kong reports 7,579 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,139 are locally infected, 140 are imported and 5,300 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 10 more deaths.
