Hong Kong reports 8,999 new COVID-19 cases, of which 2,185 are locally infected, 125 are imported and 6,689 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 16 more deaths.
