Hong Kong reports 8,278 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,878 are locally infected, 122 are imported and 6,278 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 16 more deaths.
