Hong Kong reports 5,594 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,348 are locally infected, 119 are imported and 4,127 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 7 more deaths.
