Hong Kong reports 5,387 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,315 are locally infected, 142 are imported and 3,930 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 12 more deaths.
