Hong Kong reports 4,034 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,002 are locally infected, 158 are imported and 2,874 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 12 more deaths.
