Hong Kong reports 3,667 new COVID-19 cases, of which 937 are locally infected, 173 are imported and 2,557 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 6 more deaths.
