Hong Kong reports 4,269 new COVID-19 cases, of which 1,024 are locally infected, 230 are imported and 3,015 are confirmed after being submitted to the "Declaration System for individuals tested positive for COVID-19 using Rapid Antigen Test", and 5 more deaths.
